The display in the Lower Multifunction Steering Wheel Button Group (A74/2) may be completely or partially inoperable (see attached picture). Note: There is no loss of vehicle functionality due to this complaint
The complaint may occur when a new user profile is created in MBUX. The cause of the problem may be a fault in the DRVU software (N145/1).
Please update the software in the AMG drive unit (N145) to the following level or newer. Software A0019024902. If a fault profile still occurs in the ASCM (A74/2) even with the correctly installed software (N145), please create a TIPS case and reference this LI.
