Complaint
Adjustment of the outside mirrors using the driver's door switch group may not be possible or it is not possible to
select the left or right outside mirror.
Cause
Possible software update needed to the switch group, "DSM_WM_D223 - S20/1 - Switch group 'power window assembly and outside mirror adjustment, driver's side'."
Remedy
Update to the latest software version for DSM_WM_D223 - S20/1 - Switch group 'power window assembly and outside mirror adjustment, driver's side'. If software is fully updated, further diagnosis is required.
