Complaint
The display in the Lower Multifunction Steering Wheel Button Group (A74/2) may be completely or partially inoperable
(see attached picture).
Note: There is no loss of vehicle functionality due to this complaint
Cause
The complaint may occur when a new user profile is created in MBUX.
Remedy
Immediate measure:
Perform a user data reset of the MBUX Multimedia System (settings -> system -> reset).
Long-term measure:
Updated AMG Drive Unit (N145/1) software is under development.
NOTE: Do not replace parts for this complaint
