Complaint
Height adjustment of electric steering column adjustment jammed in the top/bottom adjustment position (e.g. with Easy Entry function).
Cause
Height adjustment moves to the top/bottom limit stop and jams.
1. Steering column height adjustment transmission
2. Seat control unit software
Remedy
There are 2 repair procedures to follow depending on vehicle (differentiated according to model and vehicle manufacturing date)
1. Replace repair kit for steering column height adjustment
2. Perform software update of driver's seat control unit
