Cant unlock my doors to get into my own car. Once inside F.O.B not recognized and cant start the car. Mercedes cant find the issue even after I show them dozens of videos. Mercedes performed a software update and now I have even more issues were the vehicle can only be locked or unlocked through Mercedes MBRACE APP.
