Vehicle throttle did not respond. Incident occurred twice and was repaired twice. Vehicle has less than 17,500 miles driven. In the first incident, while driving in dry pavement and good weather conditions on local roads, the traction control light came on. The accelerator pedal became less responsive until it no longer responded to any inputs and vehicle was stopped. Vehicle was restarted and driven home. Incident occurred again while driven to dealer for repair. Dealer indicated that connector pins between the throttle body and ECU was replaced. Approximately 2 weeks and 50 miles later, incident reoccurs while driving on highway roads. Driver recognizing symptoms, pulled over and restarted vehicle. Vehicle was towed to dealer for diagnostic and repair. Dealer indicated the accelerator pedal, sensor, and connector to ECU replaced.

I barely stepped on the gas and vehicle accelerated real quickly. It was pretty scary it happened 2 times already. I do have a heavy foot so I am trying to monitor if I'm stepping on the gas too fast or hard.
