Rear passenger tail light warning came on. Inspection revealed a corroded and burned ground wire. The wire created so much resistance heat, that it has melted through its molex connector, and bubbled up the contact plate it connects to. Driver's side appears okay at this time. This is a fire hazard and a safety issue if the rear tail lights fail during an emergency stopping condition. I have pictures if requested.
