Takata inflators. There has been a recall for Mercedes-Benz C300 since June 1,2016.it has been 2 years and the recall has not been dealt with. I was almost in a car accident today where a ignorant driver texting swerved into my lane. I braked in time but he still collided with another vehicle that didn't have enough time to break. Their air bags exploded. If that would of been me and my air bags would of exploded there could of been more harm done to me from the air bags exploding then the initial car crash. That is not the way I want to find out if my air bags work or not. I have constantly called to the check status of when the air bag recall is going to get fixed. Mercedes usa doesn't even know when they will be getting the parts to fix this problem. We need to have this problem fixed before someone really gets seriously hurt or worse.
