The contact owns a 2009 Mercedes-Benz C300. The contact stated that the front driver side interior door handle fractured. In order to exit the vehicle, the power window switch had to be activated to engage the exterior door handle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000.
