Tamara recall. Received notice over 1 year ago, mn still not available, now drs malfunction is on continuously..very fearful of driving (everyday) to work, or having my family and minors or pets in car. Any small bump, I.e. when parking against concrete block in parking space. Financial burden also as no one will purchase car with SRS malfunction

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300. The contact stated that NHTSA campaign numbers: 16V081000 and 16V363000 (air bags) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for repair. The contact received the recall notification in feburary of 2016. The dealer (BMW of lynchburg, 2643 lakeside dr, lynchburg, va, 24501) was contacted at 434-385-6226 various times and stated that the parts were unavailable for the repair, and that he would be notified when the parts were available. The manufacturer was not contacted. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 16V081000 (air bags) and 16V363000 (air bags). The parts to do the repairs were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was contacted (w.I. simonson Mercedes-Benz in santa monica, ca, 855- 677-2690) and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms parts not available.

I'm seeing the airbag malfunction light since the recall and have called my dealership many times but they don't have the parts and won't get them until 2018. I need this to be prioritized for my vehicle as I do not wish to continue to play russian roulette with this vehicle. I have myself and my family to protect and would like someone to provide timely resolution for us.

Takata recall: I've called my dealership many times mentioning I'm seeing the airbag malfunction light and they keep telling me they don't have parts yet. Can someone prioritize my vehicle to get the airbag parts replaced on front driver and passenger side asap" I called my Jeep dealership and they're able to get it done next week. Why does it take more than 2 years to get this done at Mercedes" I would appreciate it if someone can get this resolved for me and my family (I have a 3 year old) as this is our daily driver and sick of playing russian roulette with this vehicle.

For over one-and-half years I have been unable to operate my automobile with anyone in the front passenger seat. My mother is aged and has dementia and refuses to ride in my back seat. I also have four children which must be transported which is impossible to do without a safe front airbag. My Mercedes dealership keeps telling me that it is, on mentor avenue, in mentor Ohio 44060, refuses to help me with this issue and continues to blame it on Mercedes. I just formally received a recall fro T.K. holdings of monroe, wi informing me to contact my dealer. What now? the car is useless for me when it comes to transporting family or friends.
