The contact owns a 2013 Mercedes-Benz C250. The contact found water on the floor of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the drainage channel on the sun roof was plugged and caused water to drain into the vehicle. The manufacturer stated that the failure was not covered by the warranty. The contact was advised to contact the insurance company. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 34,234. Updated 06/23/17
