The vehicle was taken Mercedes-Benz of charlottesville (1381 richmond rd, charlottesville, va 22911, (434) 290-4156) where it was confirmed that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
