The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. transmission harness is broken its safety issue. I went to Mercedes dealership multiple times and they do not repair it. I don't feel safe with this car and I do not use it so I always walk or take a bike or uber work so I lost money and time.
