After taking my car back to the dealership for a recall. My steering wheel now locks up on me. I recently got onto the freeway and lost the ability to steer my wheel! I was lucky and was able to drive straight to the exit and pull my wheel (like it had no power steering). I have to shut the power off and restart it (multiple times) to unlock my wheel. I called the dealership (Browing Mazda in the Cerritos Auto Center in CA) where they told me it has nothing to do with the work they did, but they can look at it for $117 and it may cost $2000 for the steering rack to be fixed!!!
