This problem arose when the vehicle was new, so the biggest problem was there wasn't any replacement parts available as the vehicle was purchased in June of 2007, and the weather was changing, so the A/C wasn't a priority, but by the following Spring it needed to be change as We were going to Montreal and the weather was getting warmer, well the part was finally at the daeler, wrong part...so another part was ordered, well guess what wrong part again, don't know who's working at the plant in Toronto, but I know if He or She worked for me, there's a good chance they would've been transferred to another department.
Now on August 10 09, the A/C stopped working again, this week its going back to the dealer to get fixed.
