HIT A DEER AT 65 MILES PER HOUR. AIR BAG CHARGE WENT OFF BUT AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. AIR BAG LIGHT STILL ON. NO RECALLS TO FIX EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE MILLIONS OF RECALLS FOR THIS PROBLEM.
