My car started problems with the Drive Shift stick.
After starting, the shift stick will not move to drive.
Took it to Capitol Mazda, the dealership from where I had purchased the vehicle, on 3-7-14 They traced every thing, could not find the real problem, changed a switch , charged about 164.12 I did not have any problem till 4-26-14.
The same problem of putting the vehicle in to drive reappeared. This time, I had to leave it at the same dealership for 4 days. They told me that found the problem with the Mother board, shorting and it will cost around 490 or so. After replacing the motherboard or the smart junction box as the service rep put it, I took the vehicle back home on 5-2-14 at 6 PM.
Again at 9 AM, I started the car to go out and the same problem of not able to put into drive reappeared? I towed the vehicle again to the dealership at 10.00 AM
I am very upset with the problem. any suggestions??
Thanks - GN
