purchased used 2005 mazda tribute, paint on roof is peeling, bottoms of doors and hatch have surface rust coming through, what's the deal? Is it bad paint, cheap metal? I have other vehicles that date back to 1993 and 1997 that have absolutely NO PAINT PEELING...anyone out there having this issue??? anyone know if this is a recall issue with Mazda? this vehicle is only 5 years old and already experiencing these problems.
Looking for info on possible re-call info. for these issues on the 2005 Mazda Tribute.
Spoke with a Mazda service rep that says warranty expires at 50,000 miles...so this is not covered by warranty...does anyone know of a recall regarding these paint/rust issues????
