After replacing EGR valve with a hole in it, wife drove approx 20 mi & blew a whole in EGR valve again. Took to mechanic to find 1st Cat. Converter stooped up. Replaced to only have to replace a second converter a month or so later.
We think the cause is the EOH blend gas.
