The car would stall out in any gear at any speed when the HI beams of the headlights were flashed. At first I noticed that the car would hesitate, and the radio would turn off. Do it again, and the car would hesitate, and the radio would turn on. I put the car in neutral (it's a manual transmision), and the car stalled when I flipped the hi beams. Took the car battery into Autozone. It tested like it had a full charge, but it would also come up with a signal that showed it had an internal short. Replaced the battery and the problem went away.
