1999 Mazda millennia. Consumer states sudden increase of speed the consumer stated the problem with the sudden increase in speed occurred when the cruise control was activated. The consumer stated several years ago, Mazda issued notices to its dealers identifying the problem, but didn't offer a resolution and refused to accept responsibility for fixing the problem.
