Absolutely unacceptable build quality and customer relations. Infotainment will delaminate in hot/cold weather due to not enough glue being used between the outer and inner layers, There is a Mazda TSB on this where they even ADMIT to be at fault by manufacturing them incorrectly and advise the OEM fix is to install an updated infotainment system. However when I go through corporate and try to get it warrantied, they tell me I'm a few months out of warranty despite still being UNDER mileage. They quote me TWELVE HUNDRED for parts and labor. Nope.
I call Mazda North America where they basically give me the run around even after I call them out for admitting fault. "TSB's just advise techs to perform repairs, they aren't necessarily warranty items". Okay then. Yet you still admit fault. Extremely dissatisfied with Mazda customer service, I love my car but the fact that they don't even stand behind a car that's not even 5 years old is extremely sad. And this is just one of many small things.
