Mazda dealer took my car for a week when I told them only one day and refused to give back. They said they wanted to paint it when I told them not to. Refused to tell me where the car was being painted. When I got it back 56 miles had been driven on it. All the radio stations were on different stations, the average MPG was super low so they ripped around in it. The truck lining panel was lose where the left rear strut is and the strut clanked when going over bumps. Dealer acknowledged hearing clank when I took it back, said it was the brake. Came for it and they said they ordered wrong brake and laughed. Two weeks later I called and they said they had it in the next day and laughed. Put in brake, didn't fix clanking strut, duh! two other dealers wouldn't acknowledge hearing clanking strut until I put an action cam in and videoed it from inside the suspension. After eight service calls they replaced strut and fixed clank, but there are many other problems like sagging to the driver side, super high frame in front and many other problems.
