2004 Mazda MPV does not like stop and go traffic. The engine fan runs nonstop and whines higher when the vehicle is stopped. Van can accelerate to 25+ miles on city street without pressing the gas pedal. Bringing the car to a stop, I can feel the car wanting to jump out like a race horse at red lights. The car will still jump forward if foot is not securely on the brake. The engine computer chip has been replaced, which fixed the issue initially, however, the problem appears to be back. Weird but worth mentioning.
