had been driving a couple of hours, engine shut off

Was driving about 35-40 MPV and engine just shut off. Again restarted and no problem for several months.

While in mountains in Tn van just shut off at about 45-50 mph. Lost power steering. Got to side of road safely. All dash lights were on. Shut key off, waited few minutes and van restarted. No more problems on that trip. However was a concern so was very careful on my 600 mile return trip.
