For those Touring and above vehicles eligible for a no-cost upgrade, Customer Satisfaction Program: CSP02 - 2018 MAZDA6 CARPLAY AA has been created to reimburse dealers for parts and labor expense using the Warranty Claim system in eMDCS. Claim information instructions are available in eMDCS and MGSS under CSP02. Applicable vehicles will display CSP02 as OPEN in the Warranty Vehicle Inquiry located in eMDCS.
