The engine shakes at idle and makes a loud sound that can be heard in the cabin. I told my dealer and he said that it is all right for a car to do that. Rubbish! No brand new car with less than 10,000 miles will have the engine shake so loudly. I checked with an independent mechanic and he said that the engine is of poor quality. He said that it should be quiet at idle, and not shake this hard. He has seen other older engines shake like that but usually with over 100,000 miles, not ten thousand! Something is wrong with the engine and it scares me to drive it because I fear an underlying issue with this batch of engine.
