Have never had such an UN-friendly user technology system, as this one, as compared to all the various car makes & models I have rented for business and personal use, over the past years. Amongst other things in the tech center, my wife and I never did figure out how to select any radio stations that we wanted to listen to. So we spent the 2000 mile trip listening our big supply of DVD's.
In fact, we could not figure out how to select much of anything. And we are rather adapt at making our computers work. But not this ugly black interior car.
Good thing I am proficient at penmanship on paper records as that is how I separated out business versus personal miles on this trip, as we could not figure out how to reset "trip miles".
It was plain wasted time to try to figure out much of anything in the technology system. Those Mazda engineers should be fired. As should be the interior designer and suspension engineer, which are the next two complaints I need to lodge according to the rules of this web host.
This was a first time Mazda rental and I hope the last.
Mazda could learn a lot from a Suburu Impreza about technology user friendliness.
