Bought car new for my daughter thinking it was a safe car for her till the computers starting acting up. First it would go into safe mode driving about 30 mph called Mazda Corp and spent several days in the shop. They flashed the computer with new software thinking it was that and gave the car back. A few months later the car would lose power and shut off, hard braking and steering called Mazda again and sent it back to the shop. They first told me it was my tires that were warn so $800.00 later and put a flight recorder in it for 2 weeks and since nothing happened the said they cant find anything and gave the car back. A week later same thing car went into safe mode and had a accident thank god no injuries so the car went back again and now they put the flight recorder back in with a on board camera for 2 weeks. car acted up again but left no signs in the computer so they in a nice way it was all in our heads. This past week the car shut down hard break and steering and hit the back of another car. Contacted Mazda and no reply. Seems Mazda wants nothing to do with the issue and don't know where to turn
