catastrophic coolant pump failure , engine overheated Car was always serviced by RT23 Mazda, there was no problem with car whatsoever, only front wheel bearing was replaced, then oil, tires and brakes. No one informed us about pump replacement or any possibilities of failure Car was serviced at RT46 Mazda about 1500 miles before where my wife was told to spend money for Brakes ,engine cleaning (fuel system) for "turbo or sky active engines" which she does not have. oil change visit cost her just under $1000 day of damage THANKS GOOD MY WIFE WAS ON PARKING LOT DRIVING COUPLE OF MILES PER HOUR WHEN THIS ACCURE , I DO NOT WANDER IF SHE DRIVES 60 MPH WHEN THIS HAPPEN ! she drove no more than 1.5 miles and car stalled and stoped with big noise just before leak was from passenger side of engine. 5 minutes later when I got there it was large spot of liquid temperature gauge was 1/2 way, coolant was at low line level in reservoir, oil was good level THERE WAS NO WARNING THERE WAS NO ANY CODE IN ON BOARD COMPUTER INDICATION ANYTHING !!!!! dealer at RT46 charged us $187 for inspection service than offered us $12000 engine replacement or great deal on new car if we decide to leave damage car I called MAZDA and no one wants to do anything as 5 years long customer who spend $30k for car and did all services until 96000 miles another several thousand DOLLARS at and only dealerships of Mazda I was sure that under this kind of circumstances Mazda would do something but it didn't happen so we will never purchase vehicle from this company again
