Dash just started melting/dissolving. It is very sticky and black. It gets very shiny and reflects sunlight. I was in an accident because I was unable to see to my right (passenger side of dash) due to the glare.
The dash cannot be touched or the melted dash material will stick to your skin and has to be scrubbed off with alcohol.
If you accidentally touch the dash with any clothing, that clothing is ruined as I am unable to get the gunk off my clothing.
This is a big deal as it is almost impossible to see clearly in the morning or afternoon, due to the sun reflecting off the dash.
I made my last payment last week and yesterday I notice a strange glare from the dashboard on the passenger side. It appeared wet, and when I touched it, it was like a sticky mess. I attempted to clean it and it just got worse. I was seriously considering buying a 2016 Mazda6, but that will depend on how they react to this problem.
