I was driving into work one morning and felt a bit of a rattle in my drivers seat. While coming off the motorway the entire left hand side of the seat lifted up, causing me to swerve. I was blessed there was no car on the road beside me as I surely would've crashed. The Mazda dealer I dealt with would not accept any of the blame although they did fix the seat........reluctantly! They told me I would have to deal with Mazda direct to report the issue. I have sent many mails to Mazda and contacted them on the phone but they seem to think this isn't much concern. The funny thing is, had i have crashed they would have blamed the impact causing the seat to come outr of the rails. A 2 year old car, with 40KM, and only one driver, valued at 25,000..............jokeshop!!
