No problems with Mazda 5 until May 2013 when I turned on AC. Loud vibrating sound - annoying. Took car to Dealership Customer Service and was told if they go to the time and effort to remove the dash and find it is debris and not mechanical I will have to pay $800.00 out of pocket. My warranty and extended warranty will not cover the repair service if debris ( leaves, small pebbles, etc.) is causing the problem. So do I flip a coin? Anybody out there have any suggestions? Why have warranties? Must have air conditioning in summer and heat in winter. Before I go back to Dealership and do what has to be done I would very much appreciate any feedback with this shared experience to help me keep my composure. I will give you a rundown when I do have this problem resolved and hope I may be able to help someone who has the same issue.
