Never had a problem with suspension in any other vehicle owned over lifetimes. I drive like the old lady I now am; although the problems might be attributed to bad roads.....BUT the same replaced engine mount was discovered to have failed again 20 months later. It was warranty covered for parts through 18months. Just missed out on the price break (BTW the cost of engine mount replacement went up and is now 320.00). I make 20.00 an hour. Should I mention that these are not the only repair costs I have incurred since this vehicle turned 4years old....will have to continue this rant on the other problems....although I find the suspension problems the worst of my concerns.

Even though I have written to the head of Mazda they acknowledge the problem but will do nothing to replace at no cost to me the problem noted with the sway bars and bushings. No automaker has a soul anymore. They were aware of this problem as many reports state and they have not issued a much needed recall. It would cost them little to replace these problems on 2006 Mazda5's. They are to cheap and do not stand behind their products. They were aware of my problem while my car was under warranty and never did anything to replace and repair. Now that it is out of warranty they acknowledge the problem. Also it should be noted that there is a TSB that notes these problems which shuold be justified by a recall. We are being taken advantage of. I have written to Lemon Law attorneys and am waiting a response.

It took the dealer 3 trys to figure out that there were worn out bushings under my car. It's a good thing it was still under warranty or I am sure it would have cost me about a grand to fix. Its damned hard to believe that they were worn out to begin with. I used to work on vehicles and never had one do this before.

I had bushings replaced underneath my vehicle while it was still under warranty, NOW, I am going to have to replace them again with my money and at this time I dont know what its going to cost. Everytime I hit a bump I get extreme squeaking underneath my vehicle. It's embarrassing !!!!!!
