Summary

Some customers may experience a Bluetooth phone call with low volume from the phone side (caller can barely hear the other side). Be advised that Mazda is aware of the issue and is working on a resolution. This Service Alert will be revised when a fix is available. NOTE: Do not perform any repairs at this time.
