Mazda TSB #SA-009-22
2021 Mazda MAZDA3
TSB Document:
Affected Component: POWER TRAIN:DRIVELINE:DIFFERENTIAL UNIT
- Summary
- The new AWD rear differential DOES NOT come with a breather cap on the rear of the differential, therefore a new one will need to be ordered and installed when replacing the differential. NOTE: The breather threads have a sealant and locking compound that prevents it from being reused. Refer to GEPC for the correct part number of the Differential Breather. The instructions on MGSS will be updated soon to include replacing the breather when replacing the differential with a new unit.
