During 6pm when i want to go back home. As usual i try to unlock alarm by keyless entry remote but failed to do. First of all i though my remote was not enough battery. So i go for changing battery . Whn new battery replaced but i still fail to unlock car. Then request help from my friend they teach me an alternative way which is touch the remote to the push start button but im still fail to start my car engine. Then i call for car towing to Mazda Service Centre. After two days, Mazda SC inform me that was strike by thunder lighting. I can't accept in. This is first time i listen to this issue. My car not within 1 year yet i though is warranty issue but mazda said this is coz by external problem. Problem is i park my car at outdoor car parking lot, many car was park there. No have evidence said by lighting. They cannot plug in computer for diagosis.Said the binary coding was messy and some pcb board was burnt. Until today 12 December 2017. Im still no receive reply from mazda. Just ask me wait and wait and wait for insurance. One month already my car parking at service centre. Feel disappointed to Mazda. I ask my surround people and even older person, all feel shock and ask me What? Car strike by lighting? Then ask where i parking, i said i just parking at parking lot. is an official parking lot and many car was park there as well. Forgive my lousy english....
