TSB Document:

Affected Component: SUSPENSION

Summary
SOME VEHICLES MAY EXHIBIT A KNOCKING NOISE FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING OVER A ROAD BUMP. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY THE BUMP STOP (BOUND STOPPER) FOR THE REAR SHOCK ABSORBER COMING OUT OF THE MOUNTING RUB-BER. TO ELIMINATE THE CONCERN, THE BONDING AGENT AND THE AREA TO BE COVERED HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO INCREASE THE BONDING STRENGTH BETWEEN THE BUMP STOP (BOUND STOPPER) AND MOUNTING RUBBER.
