Only 3 months after I bought the car, the steering/handling degraded. The steering wheel consistently feels "loose." When I hit even a small bump in the road, the steering wheel shifts all over the place and sends the car tracking in another direction. The worst part of this driving experience happens at highway speeds...even when there is a mildly windy day, the car floats ALL OVER THE ROAD and, at times, I have to hold on to the steering wheel so tightly and constantly adjust the tracking that my arms are aching. I have had the car to the dealer many times, complaining about the issue. The first 3 times, they acknowledged the issues (I have all the paperwork), chalked it up to alignment, performed 4-wheel alignment, and sent me on my way. But the problem never goes away. Now when I take the car in with THE SAME ISSUES, they are blaming it on my new tires. So they do balancing and alignment AGAIN and same problem. I am told again and again that nothing can be found that is wrong with the vehicle. Just a few days ago, I drove 260 miles. The car was shifting all over the road so bad that I almost hit someone in the adjacent lane. But it's ok, because NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR!!
