The from seat head restraints tilt too far forward with the result that your head and neck are pushed beyond their normal, natural position. The longer you sit in this car, the more painful this problem becomes. After half an hour or more, you can be in agony.
The design of these things, particularly in that you cannot adjust the angle or position, is diabolical. Not only that, Mazda's response is pathetic. They won't do anything to help you. Either these headrests should be sold as adjustable or Mazda should offer an alternative. These head restraints are not suitable for a driver or passenger such as me who is just over six foot and likes to sit with the seat in a relatively upright position and with their back against the seat.
