Inside my trunk lid has been rusting for a year and a half. I brought it to the dealer April 2015 and they accessed it and had a body shop guy take pictures to send to Mazda Canada. Then I go away for 6 months and they say it's all approved, we just have to get you booked. Which never happened. So when I finally go back in for an oil change April 2016, they said you still need to make an appointment. So I told them November. When I get home in November I call them and they list all the paperwork and have no record of this. So I had to get another body shop guy to take pictures and do up a damage report. Needless to say it's still not fixed and it's worse and so is the rust under the rocker panels. The metal quality is crap
