My brand new Mazda 3 has been great except for an annoying rattling or jiggling sound from trunk area. Took it to Mazda and they spent 4 hours ripping the car apart.Was told the shocks need replacing. Brand new car needs new shocks?? Now I'm not sure if I want OEM shocks put in,maybe I should get aftermarkets and avoid any future pain.
