The firewall is breaking down and going into the interior ventilation system. I cleaned the cabin filter out which was pretty bad and full of the firewall debris. But it also got into the inside cabin blower fan causing a loud i mean really loud noise to the point it was almost not drive able.
Update from Jan 18, 2016: I had the Mazda Dealer service dept clean it out because its not easy to get to and they are suppose to be the professionals. Cost a couple hundred bucks.
