I have had many cars, this is one of the newest cars I have had. I wish I would of known about the 2004-2005 Mazda 3 2.3l oil burning issues before I purchased it. It seems the 2.0 did not have this issue, just the 2.3 from 04-05. I have read many complaints of people's engines blowing up because it burnt all the oil. I have to check my oil at every fuel stop.
