Noticed my engine was developing a increasingly rough idle while stopped. Eventually a service engine light came on. I had the ecu code read at my local auto parts store and the code was a P0300. They suggested trying to replace the spark plugs, but that more serious issues were also possible causes for the code.
For the sake of trying the most simple solution first I changed the spark plugs first. The rough idle & the engine code went away after that, so this appears to have done the trick.
