Mazda TSB #09-042-23
2024 Mazda CX-90
TSB Document:
Affected Component: LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES
- Summary
- Some customers may complain that the power liftgate may open unintentionally at a stop or while parking. This may be caused by the power liftgate button in the remote transmitter being pressed unintentionally in a pocket or a bag. To help with this concern, the control software of the Body Control Module (BCM) has been modified to optimize the operation parameter for the power liftgate button in the remote transmitter. NOTE: The operation itself is same as before (hold the power liftgate button to open).
