I bought the vehicle, new, in August 2016. I explicitly stated that the vehicle needed to have a roof rack. We were given the vehicle without a roof rack as well as missing other additions such as floor mats and liner for the back. Four months later we are finally getting the roof rack. We were told that many parts including body parts for repair of accidents were unavailable.
