Passenger side automatic power-window started to fail. Window would go down then stop, attempt to go back up on its own, stop, and then go to fully open. Attempting to close the window would fail and instead either sit partway down or fully open.
8-9 months later the driver's side failed also. Another $200+.
Started searching and saw that there are a number of articles for other drivers with the same issue. It seems like another obvious defective part. The cost for these items should really be covered by the manufacturer.
The basis for using resources should be these part last for the life of the car, and moreover, they should be fully recycled and reused.
Buyers are being forced to pay on too many fronts.
