The spare parts for Mazda CX-9 Window kit the price is too high. For changing just the valve the whole motor kit for the each windows has to be changed. As it annoying to all Mazda customers. Mazda is good old brand among the Japanese car maker, I appreciate if you can start manufacturing unit in my country India especially the brand new Mazda 3 or Mazda 6 with the Skyactiv Tech. At present we have the heavy duty vehicle in collaboration with Swaraj - Mazda.

We still Love the Zoom- Zoom MAZDA

Thanks

window won't stay up

Window goes up and comes back down. After a while it finally stays up. Brought to dealer and they said they couldn't get it to happen again. Next time it happened I took a video with my cell phone https://youtu.be/3RT6fJmsrPI and brought the car back and showed the service manager. They cleaned the window track and it was ok for a while but it doesn't always happen anyway. It has happened a couple of times since but I haven't brought it back yet because I can afford to lose the car for a couple of days in service.

Car has been taken into the dealership numerous times. The first time was in May of 2014 when I purchased the car brand new. The first time that I took the car in, the service department reset the window by holding down the button, which was supposed to reset the window. This was okay for a couple of weeks. The second time they said they never heard of the problem and they needed to see it happen. So, I waited until it happen and I took the car in and showed them.

They kept the car, checked the electrical, but when they contacted Mazda the corporation, they said they never heard of the problem. The next time I took it in I talked my salesman, who contacted the head person(part owner) of dealership, and she told them to do whatever is necessary to fix the problem. The dealer replaced the switch.

After a few weeks it started doing the same thing. I took it in again and the dealer replaced the motor for the window and said the next step would be to replaced the module. Okay, this final time that I took the car in, due to the same problem, the service manager said, Mazda doesn't have a fix for this and they will not do or try anything else.

To me this is unacceptable and I have been very patient with the dealership, and now they tell me this. Totally unacceptable and this needs to be resolved. I will not recommend this dealership every again. I am totally "pissed" off about the lack of help in getting this resolved. A brand new car, with the same problem multiple times and now they want to wash their hands of this issue. No, not acceptable!
