To whom it concern. Leaking water in my passenger seat, at the beginning we though that was the blower motor, we change it, but then got wet again and it went bad again, but I found out that was a malfunction factory the problem with the air conditioning compressor. I took my car to 3 different shops, where the first two, drained my A/C I give up because I was paying money for nothing. I took the car to Mazda dealer, They told me that my car have a malfunction Factory and was about the a/c system. I talk to Mazda and ask them to replace it, because this was a factory problem. They refuse to do it. I found a recall for Mazda cx5 with the same problem but not my car that is Mazda cx9. When accelerating after driving for a few minutes maybe 10-15 after the vehicle has had time to warm up, as I am applying pressure to the gas pedal and it is shifting into gears (usually into gears 3,4, & 5) the vehicle is showing that it is into the next gear but you feel it shift after the fact so it is delayed and as accelerating it feels as though it is lagging and trying to shift but can't fully right away. I am only submitting this complaint because I know a couple others with this make of vehicle but different years and they stated they have the same issue with their vehicle as well

One day, my keyless don stopped working. The next day the door kept locking while I was driving almost every time I turned the steering wheel. Then the drivers door wouldn't unlock, when I manually unlocked the door it was hard to do. I luckily had the windows rolled down, got out the vehicle and as soon as I shut the door I hear the door lock and my two year old was in the backseat! again luckily I had the windows rolled down otherwise she might've been stuck! then the alarm kept going off and wouldn't turn off until I unhooked the battery. Imagine my frustration. I brought the car to a Mazda dealership who said it was the door latch/actuator. Upon paying heftily when I picked up my car, the clicking of the door locks had stopped but the unlock button still wouldn't work and the alarm was once again going off! now the car is still at the Mazda dealership and had its BCM/bcu replaced for a supposed 'fix', I'm suppose to pick it up tomorrow. So I guess we'll see. The apparent problem from all of this" my CX9 has a sunroof, which Mazda knows these vehicles don't drain properly which causes water to go to the BCM shorting it out! this is inexcusable and could very well cost someone's child their life because of the doors constant locking and unable to unlock sometimes manually. The dealership has seen it on more than one occasion and Mazda company has even admitted this fault! so why is there no recall"!

The airbags warning light just came on a couple days for my car and I took it the Mazda dealer to diagnose and they said the passenger airbags and the SAS module need to be replaced but warranty safety is only up to 60000 miles. My car has 76998 miles. But this is a safety issue and Mazda has lots problem with airbags recalls.

I was about to leave from my residential parking lot. I went to check my wheelchair was secure. I opened the liftgate. After securing the wheelchair I pressed the electronic button to close the liftgate. I heard 3 beeps, but the door/liftgate would not close.I turned the car off and on, I got out the manual began to try several things to close the door/liftgate. I locked and unlocked the door locks, I checked nothing blocking the sensors. I used the power control button under the dashboard and the door still would not close. I did this for an hour. Finally, something happened & was able to close the door/liftgate by hand. I took the car to a reputable machanic. They found "Mazda" had a "tsb" out about the liftgate lock assembly and if the lock fails, replace the entire part. I took the car to a Mazda dealer. The cost to special order the part and repair would cost approx. $1200. I can not afford to replace the lock. I I am a hadicapped person. I use mobility devices to help me remain mobile and get to and from doctors and therapy.. I cannot Transport these devices( wheelchair, electric skooter/chair) because of the liftgate lock problem. I'm fearful the assembly will lock permanently and effect the door locks. Please, please assist me so the liftgate can be repaired. Thank you.

I'm thankful I was not going 75mph on the highway with my children in my car instead I was driving 30 mph coming to a stop at a red light on a small city street my Mazda Cx-9 without a warning started hiccuping and came to a complete stop and not able to power up again we had it towed to a Mazda dealer was told our make model of car has a tsb code issued code # 01-026/11 dealer told us car needs new PCM (computer) and new coils they weren't sure if coils ruined PCM or PCM damage coils. Spoke to manufacturer they admitted they have seen issue but that my car is 40000 miles over warranty. I have owned other cars and all my friends have cars I have never heard of this happening. I hope this gets investigated there are loads of Mazda's just like mine on our roads I was very lucky to be going so slow this could have gone very bad. I have done some research online and there are loads of stories like mine. With no warning signs at all

I was making a left turn on a parking lot when I heard a loud crunch coming from the front of the vehicle and fully lost control of the car. When I came outside to see what happened I saw that ball joint on my front left (driver side) broke, the wheel with part of the axel fully out, and that break fluid was spoiled all over. Imagine this happening on the fighter when I was driving with two of my young kids!!

A very frightening incident occurred Saturday August 29, 2015 approx 6:45 P.M. after a round trip travel on the highway for approx 80 miles. I drove just over a mile off the highway exit, came to a stop sign light then proceeded with a right turn. Suddenly without any previous warning the car made a jerking/skidding type movement, something seemed to drop out of the front end and the car came abruptly to a stop. Several people pulled over to see if I and my one month old granddaughter were ok as I was at a very busy intersection. A bystander told me that the drivers front tire was facing out to the left of the vehicle and there was considerable damage under the car as well. It is my understanding that the ball joint separated, the shaft or axle may have broken, and there may be other severe damage as there was also oil on the road. My tire was as mentioned. It is also noted that I am unable to completely open my drivers door door now possibly due to body misalignment now. I have pictures of any visible damage to the car. I am appalled after researching this problem that Mazda will be conducting a recall in September but has yet to send out notices to customers. In fact a second notice will eventually come out when parts are available. Had I not just come off the highway my car would have definitely flipped over and my granddaughter and I would have been killed. This is 1000% unacceptable. I want action now. I don't know what the extent of damage is to the car, nor do I want the car repaired, instead I want Mazda to replace it! not only I have experienced much anxiety from this I am also incurring tow charges, storage charges and rental car charges. I was advised to have an independent mechanic look at the vehicle before sending to Mazda but that would entail another tow charge and mechanic fee. None of which I can afford. Mazda must take immediate action.
